Perspectives :An Issue Dedicated to Jewish Theatre

How should “Jewish Theatre” be defined? The latest issue of Perspectives, the French-language review published by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, tries to answer this question thus: Jewish Theatre is a theatrical text whose subject is inspired by Jewish tradition and which is written by a Jew.
